Award-winning film actor and director Robert Redford founded Sundance in 1969 after purchasing land in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. On this land, he built Sundance Village, a community based in art and nature. Here, he launched the first Sundance store selling unique items guests to the region would discover there. Sundance offers what they call a Guarantee of Quality, through which they'll accept any product returns for an equal exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. You must return the packing slip that came with your order with your return, and you must list on it the reason for returning the item.
