Since all Vida products are handmade by artisans around the world, the average turnaround time for a Vida product to be produced and shipped is 45 days. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive at your address in one to three weeks. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.
Since all of the items available from shopvida.com are handmade, Vida strongly discourages returns. If you need to return your order, you must submit a request through the Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
