RVCA processes and ships all orders within two business days of purchase via UPS. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Rates will depend on the shipping service chosen by the customer at checkout. RVCA only delivers to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Customers who wish to return items must request a return label from customer service to get the process started. RVCA Insiders can enjoy free return shipping if the order is received back within 30 days. For all other customers, a $5.95 fee will be charged for the return label. Items being returned are eligible for a full refund as long as they are undamaged and still have the tags attached.
