GBG accepts returns of items within 30 days of shipment date. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. For gift card purchases, store credit will be transferred to an electronic merchandise return card.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all hang tags and accessories included. Pierced jewelry, personal items such as lingerie, fragrances, and lotions are non-refundable and are marked "Final Sale."
To make a return, log in to your account and choose the RETURN option in your order history. Print the return form and shipping label. Enclose the form with your return item. Use the shipping label to send back your item to GBG.

A one-time offer of a price adjustment is offered by G By Guess to items which had its price reduced within 14 days from the purchase date. To take advantage of this offer call Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377) or send an email request for reimbursement of the price difference. this offer is only applicable to items purchased at full price.
