There are two ways you can qualify for free standard shipping when you shop on Target's website. The first way is to purchase your order with a REDcard. Handling fees or a minimum purchase threshold may apply. The second way is to meet a minimum purchase threshold of $35. Most unopened items that are in new condition are eligible for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
