Birchbox offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Expedited shipping is not available for some products that are considered hazardous. Non-hazardous products can be shipped by second-day air or next-day air for an additional charge. Orders of $150 or more can be shipped second-day air for free.
Birchbox accepts returns for up to 90 days. Although original shipping charges are non-refundable, you can contact customer service to obtain a free prepaid return shipping label. All forms of payment, including loyalty points, will be refunded. Birchboxes cannot be returned.
