Certain things qualify for free shipping to your home. Only orders placed online or by phone are eligible. You have to select standard shipping and live in the continental United States. Oversized items are not included in free shipping. Alternatively, if there is a Z Gallerie store near where you live, you can get free ship to store and pick it up yourself. This option isn't available for furniture, direct ship merchandise, original art or oversized mirrors.
In order to return an item, you must have the original or gift receipt, and the item must be in its original packaging. If you're returning furniture, a 25% restocking fee applies. The delivery fees on furniture are non-refundable. Things you can't return include custom orders, clearance items, store floor models, international orders, items bought at Z Gallerie outlet stores, things bought at warehouse sales and gift cards. If your item is damaged or defective, you need to contact customer service within seven days to start the refund or exchange process. Be sure to take detailed photos of the issue so that you can show them the problem and help things move along smoothly.
