If you would like to return your cartridge for a refund, TomatoInk offers free returns for orders placed within 10 days of delivery under the "$3.99 standard delivery" option. Get in touch with TomatoInk customer service to get your refund process started and to request an RMA and a return label. The label will be emailed to you. Print the return label, clearly write the RMA number and attach to the return package. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used.
