Tuckernuck accepts unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Every package includes a $5 return shipping label for customer convenience. The cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund if a customer chooses to use the return label.
Tuckernuck happily exchanges apparel within 30 days of purchase if the customer completes an exchange request form. Only different size requests of the original item purchased are accepted, and if the requested item is not in stock, the store will issue a refund.
