The company specializes in indoor golf simulation software and equipment that installs on your computer. From there it can be projected in high definition to a screen. Optishot Golf is based in Traverse City, Mich., and has been in business for 15 years.
For one year from the date of purchase, the company's warranty covers the Swing Pad, which includes the base, internal electronics and black plastic housing. For 30 days from the date of purchase, the USB Cable, Tees, Tee Gripper, Foam Balls and Turf are guaranteed. To return merchandise, visit the Customer Service page and click on Submit a Request at the top of the page. Fill out the refund request form. When you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), include it in the box along with all original merchandise, packaging and accessories.
