MATT & NAT accept the return of item(s) for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Return items must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and has all its tags, labels attached. Shoes must be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid scuffing the soles. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, contact customer care at returnsusa@mattandnat.com and provide the order number and reason for the return/exchange. you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the nearest warehouse address where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to MATT & NAT.
