To cancel a Knetbooks rental order, contact customer service as soon as possible after an order is placed.
To return a rental for a due date, log in to your Knetbooks account and select "Manage Rentals/Returns". Click "Return For Free". Select the book rental(s) you wish to return and click "Print Label & Complete Return" to create and print a packing slip and prepaid shipping label.
Include the packing slip inside the securely packed box and use the prepaid shipping label to the box. Drop off your return package to a UPS store to be shipped back to Knetbook's warehouse by the due date.
To return a rental for a refund, log in to your Knetbooks account and select "Manage Rentals/Returns". Click the orange "Return an Item for a Refund" button and select the book rental(s) you wish to return for a refund. Click the "Print Label & Complete Return" button to complete your return.
Return rentals for refund must be received in Knetbook's warehouse within 25 days of the original ship date to be qualified for a refund. Short-term rentals must be received in Knetbook's warehouse within 15 days of the ship date. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment less return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
