Plans change and Intrepid allows cancellations from the customer's end. If the cancellation is made 56 days, or more, before the trip, Intrepid keeps the deposit and refunds the booked amount back to you. If the cancellation is done between 31-55 days before the trip, Intrepid will keep the deposit or 50% of the booked amount--whichever is higher. Finally, if the cancellation is done 30 days before the trip, Intrepid will refund nothing.
