To cancel a subscription log into your customer account and go to "My Subscriptions." You will see a list of all your Subscription products. Click "Edit" and then "Suspend" to cancel your subscription and all future automatic renewals.
Do note that all refunds for subscriptions must be made within 14 days of the original charge. No partial or pro-rated refunds are to be given on subscriptions.
Because of the digital nature of the eBooks, MP4, Streaming videos, and other downloadable products, these items will not be eligible for a refund. The exceptions include defective files or duplicated orders.
