For individual downloads of photos, illustrations, video clips, and music files, add items to your cart. Once you complete your purchase, simply click the Download button to get your files.
Downloads for prepaid pack can be any combination of royalty-free creative photos, video, illustrations, vectors, and most editorial images (creative rights-managed images aren't available with packs). To download a file using your pack, go to a file's details page and select UltraPack. You can also download straight from the search results page using the UltraPack button.

For refunds on a single-file purchase, submit a request in writing within seven days from your order, provided you have not already used the file.
To return an image downloaded with a prepaid pack, go to your account's download history and view by UltraPacks. Find the image you want to return and select "Download by mistake?" Once canceled, you give up rights to use the file and must delete any copies.
Getty Images does not allow returns on files downloaded with Premium Access or Editorial subscriptions at this time.
