If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, contact Coastal Scents within 24 hours. Unwanted products can be returned to Coastal Scents within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. The original cost of shipping is not refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
