Chaco accepts returns of unworn merchandise within 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns are disallowed for customized MyChacos sandals. All returns for refunds and exchnages are free. The process is easy and simple. Fill out the return request form with the necessary details to receive return instructions, documentation, and a shipping label.
Print the documentation and shipping label. Securely pack your return item in its original packaging, including the documentation in your package, and use the label to send the item back.
