Burlington routinely beats the price of most traditional retailers by at least 40%, but the store also has a price-matching policy on all merchandise. The product that you are attempting to price-match must be the same style, color, make and brand as the exact item that Burlington is selling, and refurbished items are not covered under the policy.
In addition to offering receipt-free returns for all Burlington Loyalty Program members, Burlington offers a 30-day refund policy to all new and existing customers. If you are returning your items without a receipt, then you will need to verify your identity with a valid driver's license, passport, military identification card or state-issued identification card. You can return items after Burlington's 30-day window runs out, but you will receive store credit instead of a cash refund.
