In the 48 contiguous United States, orders over $50 ship for free. Those under $50 incur a flat-rate shipping free. You can, however, choose to upgrade from economy shipping for an additional fee. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii have to pay for every package shipped.
You can return any item to AeroGarden within 30 days. Call them first to get a return merchandise authorization number; this number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Items without a return merchandise authorization number may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or rejected. AeroGarden recommends you use a tracked shipping method, and you should hold on to that number until your account has been credited.
